you offer?
We carry a full apparel line featuring
many of the industries leading manufacturers, including Hanes, Fruit
of the Loom, American Apparel, Anvil and more. Our sizes range from
infant to 6Xlarge adult. We carry shirts, coats, team wear, sweats,
hats, and a broad range of accessories including totes, towels, and
backpacks. Take a moment to browse our online catalog, and if you

right side of our site. You can also contact one of our customer
service representatives, who would be happy to recommend a product
to suit your specific needs.
What are the costs for set-up and screen creation?
We no longer charge a fee for creating the screens.
Though we do not have any minimum order requirements, there are
set-up fees associated with each order. The set-up fees are:
1 to 5 shirts = $25 set-up per order
6 to 11 shirts = $12 set-up per order
12 or more shirts = Free set-up
Can I mix and match styles, sizes, brands, and
ink colors used to make up the required minimum on the set-up fees?
Yes, the quantities that are listed above for the
set-up fees are based upon the number of images printed. These
images can be placed upon a wide array of items to include different
brands of apparel, the sizes of the items or even include both
shirts and other accessories such bags (these accessories are
reviewed on a case by case bases). The color ink that is used
should meet the required numbers for the set-up and this should be
considered when using dark ink on dark shirts. For example: If
both white and black shirts are purchased to make up a 12 shirt
quantity then one $12 fee would apply to change the ink from a light
color to a dark color for printing on lightly colored apparel.
What are the print locations for on the products listed on this site?
You will select a print location for each image you
would like to have on each item. The selection will give you
an option of one to four colors and will adjust the purchase price
for each item based upon your options. For example: If you
would like a t-shirt with a front and back logo along with a sleeve
logo, you will select the "print location 1", the "print location 2"
and the "print location 3" with the number of colors in each.
The artwork for each location will be sent separately to the email
address listed on this website with any details for size and
placement for each image. We will then email you a t-Shirt
proof for verification prior to screen creation and printing to
ensure proper placement and accuracy of your order.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express - all of which we process through our secure
gateway to protect your private information. We also accept all
forms of payment offered through PayPal, including Instant Payment
and e-Check. We do not accept any other form of
payment at this time.
Are all of your items new and high quality?
Yes, all of our items are name brand
and factory
direct. None
of our items are factory seconds or defectives. Individual
shirts may be purchased from our website without screen printing and
without any minimum order requirements in order to check the quality
or any color requirements of the shirts.
What is your screen printing turnaround time?
Though we do not guarantee any
shipping time, our current turnaround time for screen
printing is one week, plus shipping. This means that your order will
ship out from our production facility within one week after
receiving your artwork. If you need
your order by a specific date, please help us meet your deadline by
putting your "need by" date in the additional information field provided during the
checkout process.
If you would like to receive your order in less than 1 week, please
make sure that you send us your print-ready artwork immediately
after placing your order. This will help us expedite your order.

What does "print-ready" artwork
mean?
The term
"print-ready" means that your artwork is already
properly formatted for screen printing, and that
we can create screens directly from your artwork
without having to edit or enhance it in any way.
If your artwork meets the following
requirements, it is print-ready:
 | Artwork sent in .JPEG or .PSD formats
must have an original resolution of 300 dpi
at the size you want it printed. . Please
do not just add pixels to your artwork, as
it will make your design look ragged and it
will not print well. Also, please do not
shrink your design to increase resolution.

 | .PSD files must be flattened, or each
color must be in its own layer, with no
additional layers. |
 | Artwork sent in .AI or .EPS must have
actually been created using Adobe
Illustrator, rather than being imported.
Please make sure to convert all fonts to
outlines in order to preserve font
appearance. |
Can you make modifications
to my current image or logo?
Yes, we can make many different
changes or modifications to images or logos to
include changes to the dimension of the image.
If the changes are labor intensive we will
submit a price quote.
Do you design logos for
companies?
Yes, please email details of the
company and we will contact you with a quote for
design work.
